Postnatal Pilates Classes

As a mother of two and an expert in prenatal and postnatal Pilates, Jessica May has first- hand experience of the incredible benefits that Pilates can offer during and after pregnancy. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Jessica May has guided hundreds of women through their pregnancy journey and supported them in their postpartum recovery.

In her Postnatal Pilates classes, Jessica May places great emphasis on the importance of breathwork and reconnecting with the core. You will learn how to fully engage and release the pelvic floor and how this muscle is imperative to the restoration of the core and pelvic health. These fundamental elements are crucial in helping women regain strength and stability after giving birth.

Jessica May offers one-to-one sessions that combine the use of both the reformer and the mat at her studio in Cookham.
