These Pilates and wellness retreats are designed for women who want to step away from the busyness of everyday life and focus on movement, nourishment and rest. No previous Pilates experience is required, all sessions are accessible, supportive and adaptable to your body.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, all Pilates sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced movers alike. We start the retreat with the fundamentals of pilates and level up or down depending on your body.

  • Each retreat includes daily Pilates sessions, access to our reformer pilates machine, yoga classes, evening meditation, hikes, sea swims (in France), 3 nourishing meals a day, nutrition & wellness guidance (through workshops) and plenty of time to rest and reset.

  • Jessica May Retreats are thoughtfully curated, small-group experiences that combine reformer Pilates, guided yoga and meditation to support both physical strength and nervous system reset. Each retreat is led by an experienced Pilates instructor and registered nutritional therapist, blending intelligent movement with nourishment and calm. Every detail is considered, from the schedule to the setting, so you can fully switch off, feel at home and relax without having to make decisions or lift a finger.

  • Absolutely. Many guests attend solo and leave feeling deeply connected and supported.

  • You’ll find individual room pricing listed under My Sanctuary on each retreat page. Each room is priced individually, with the option to choose double occupancy if you’d like to share with a friend, or single occupancy for your own private space.

  • Yes. Reformer Pilates is available during the retreat, with reformer machines accessible for you to use in your own time. You’ll also have free access to our on-demand app, so you can follow expert guidance from Jessica May and complement the retreat with additional reformer sessions whenever it suits you.

  • To book your place, please email hello@jessicamaywellness.com and let us know which room you’d like to reserve, along with your preference for single or double occupancy. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Yes. Instalment options are available, simply let us know when you enquire and we’ll happily work with you to find a payment plan that feels supportive and manageable.

Excellent pilates and yoga delivered by Jessica and Zara. Amazing location in the South of France with stunning food served.

After following Jessica’s retreats online for a while, I finally took the plunge and booked onto it. Solo… and it was the best decision I made (I just wish I’d done it sooner!!)

From the minute I walked in to the house, to the minute I left, the entire experience was pure bliss… Jessica and Zara were wonderful hosts, with every little detail carefully thought out. Daily pilates, yoga & informative workshops with down time between practices really balanced & elongated the 4-days perfectly. I felt like I was in a bubble and didn’t want it to be over!
