Set on the idyllic bay of St. Tropez, the gorgeous home, Balladou can be found in Sainte Maxime and is home to the Jessica May Wellness Retreats. It is the perfect reset for women to take time to move, breathe, nourish and reset.

An intimate setting, Balladou comprises of five super king en-suite bedrooms. Each with a terrace or a view of the sea.

A flexible itinerary of Pilates, Yoga, Meditation and Nutrition talks along with walks in nature, sea swimming and you time. You choose how much or how little you do.

Fully catered and will comprise of homemade fresh local ingredients.

Welcome to Balladou

The luxury villa, Balladou offers panoramic views over the bay of St. Tropez, within walking distance to the beach and town, St. Maxime.

Gorgeous pool, outside dining, delicious homemade breakfast, lunch & dinner, all in an intimate setting of just 6 gorgeous en-suite king size bedrooms.

Daily Pilates, yoga, meditation and breath work. Morning beach Pilates, sea swim and hiking with add-ons such as massages and facials.

Your Sanctuary

We ask you to request a room upon booking. Use the arrows to see the room availability. All bedrooms include a TV, en-suite, super king bed and air conditioning. Rooms one and three have no door into the en-suite while all the others do. Each room is fitted with toiletries, a welcome goodie bag and towels for the shower and pool. Housekeeping service offered each morning.

Choose from Single occupancy or share in a double occupancy room with your bestie, sister or mum and create memorable moments together.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your space.

Nourish your Body

This fully catered retreat aims to nourish you, we are not about restricting food but aim to educate you on the art of balance. Consuming a variety of plants along with locally and ethically sourced meat, fish and eggs. Start the morning with a family-style breakfast. Mid-day you can look forward to a light lunch of fresh delicious salads. Finish the day with an al fresco dinner cooked by our French chef, Moos. Dietary requirements catered to upon request.

Your Hosts

Meet Pilates instructor and Nutritional Therapist Jessica May and Yogi Sophia Lau. They will be bringing you daily Pilates, Yoga, meditation and Nutritional workshops. Days filled with movement, nourishing your body and enjoying nature. You will get full access to the Jessica May on-demand pilates library one month before joining the retreat.

Jessica

Founder of Jessica May Retreats, Jessica is a STOTT Pilates Instructor, Xtend Barre Instructor and Registered Nutritional Therapist.

Jessica has taught in some of the most prestigious studios in London, Hong Kong and Dubai before having her two wonderful children and building Jessica May Wellness. Jessica is passionate about helping women to feel the best version of themselves through the art of movement, nourishing food & resetting.

Sophia

Sophia will be teaching daily yoga and meditation workshops. In these sessions, Sophia wil guide you to look beyond the physical elements of yoga improving your mindfulness and body awareness.

With 8+ years in the fitness industry working in London gyms, Sophia is passionate about helping her clients feel stronger, more confident & grounded.

We recommend to fly into Nice or Marseille airport. Transfers costs range from 110 Euros to 180 Euros for a 4 seater taxi. We do our best to pair you up with other guests to share the costs.
